Song Thrush flies to Lands End

Song Thrush RY73163 ringed at Ripon Parks as a juvenile on 12 October 2020 was controlled at Nanjizal, Lands End, Cornwall on 29 April 2023 some 538km (334 miles) in a SSW direction from, Ripon Parks. This one is fascinating as it opens the debate as to whether the bird was returning to its breeding grounds via the UK, from wintering further south in Europe.
